Please, do not waste your time and money with this company. The flower bouquet was a joke, like buying flowers from a market and put them in water at home. I’m attaching photos of what I ordered and what was delivered. First of all, I got a message that said Delivery Failed, when I contacted them to let them know that there was no calling card left, as they are supposed to do, I was told that the product was damaged in transit, they resent them free of charge. It was delivered 2 days later. When I complained that the bouquet was not of acceptable quality, I was told that they could not refund my money because it contained the right number of flowers. I guess Serenata Flowers doesn’t know what good quality nor what a satisfied customer mean.
