Ordered flowers to arrive on the 23rd Dec paid premium guarantee delivery and didn't turn up, so they delivered them the dollowing day and the state of the flowers was terrible. So I contacted the company straight away.
They said they was extremely sorry and would like to offer a replacement but could not deliver till the 29th Dec well today my mother got the flower in worse condition than the first lot. Both occasions the flowers were falling apart all heads falling off. And on the replacement box the box was all smashed up and dented with half the flowers missing. You really would of thought after paying a lot of money and premium delivery if they got ot wrong the first time, they would go above and beyond the 2nd time not twice as bad. I can honestly say this is the worst company I've ever used and i will never use again. This company should be ashamed of what they have done to a customer over the Christmas period
