I ordered flowers from Serenata on 12 occasions. 50% of the orders arrived on time with quality flowers, but sadly on the other 50% of occasions the flowers were in poor condition. The packaging was frequently significantly damaged resulting in broken glass in the box on at least 2 occasions when the recipient put their hands in. My son recently ordered flowers for me but they did not arrive on the agreed date and he was refunded and a complementary bouquet sent. It arrived today with less than the advertised number of blooms, some which were already damaging/dying. I contacted the company who replied. "Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, since the order has already been resent and refunded, I am unable to assist further at this time. Rest assured that despite this, your feedback will be passed on to our team to ensure more care is taken with future orders. Today's experience has very sadly shown that previous feedback has not resulted in safer handling by the carrier or improved quality of the bouquets.
