Dreadful firm Do Not Use Them!
Flowers arrive 5 days late looking ……. Dead.
Serenata even thought they were lost. Repeat order 4 days to deliver so almost as bad.
Neither flower fit for purpose or a replicas of the example shown for the order.
Ian now beyond cross, fuming, let down I could go on and on.
No offer of refund after first fiasco or the 2 nd just automated supposedly placating emails 😡😡😡😡😡😡
Absolute RUBBISH, disgraceful.
