TRULY AWFUL
Ordered flowers for mothers 92nd birthday. No flowers, no explanation on the day.
When chased, some nonsense excuse about shortage of U.K. lorry drivers!!! Refused request to cancel and refund the order. Delivered some pretty sad flowers 2 days after her birthday. Absolute waste of time - AVOID.
