Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day and they arrived late on 15th Feb. No heads up they would be late. No apology. No refund. Just a reply saying "95% of our deliveries are on time" as if that is of any comfort to the 5%! The whole point of ordering flowers for Valentine's Day is for them to arrive on Valentine's Day. And if they do not, then they should offer a refund. Very simple customer service, if you don't deliver what the customer paid for, you should refund that customer! Terrible.
