I submitted an order for same day delivery but nothing arrived. Initially they refused to accept that they received my order despite showing screen shots as evidence. it was not helped by receiving a reply from a different person every time I contacted them. A whole week had gone by and still no offer to refund or resolve the order. In the end it was me that gave up and they stopped contacting me.
A shame, as I had used them before with no issues. Customer service seems to struggle when it goes wrong.
