What went wrong you ask??? How about "everything"! Tired, cheap jaded flowers, broken foliage, crushed gerberas not to mention a serious lack of actual flowers! Purchased a bouquet to present to a woman at a golf presentation! Flowers were so shockingly bad, hubby had to dash out for a quick supermarket replacement and at £15 less cost, were in much better condition and altogether bigger, better, fresher blooms.
Serenata, how you are still trading is beyond me given the amount of complaints! Oh and your customer service STINKS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOLKS
