Appalling service
I can’t believe that even with four days’ advance notice provided they could not change the time of my delivery. Woeful customer service, not helpful at all, they just take it in turns to recite terms and condition rather than trying to help,
“As advised within our terms and conditions once an order is assigned to our floral team we are unable to guarantee amendments or cancellations”
Use a local florist I certainly will!
