A very disappointing experience. Received an email stating flowers had been delivered. They had not! It took a further two days to receive a response and no apology, no explanation, no compensation and only an email asking for another date to deliver. I requested a refund, explanation and compensation for spoiling a surprise for a poorly relative. I have only received a refund. Appalling and will not use this company again. Helen
