I have used serenata several times before and have had excellent service and lovely flowers delivered on time to my mum who lives a long way away. However this mothers day they have disappointed. Flowers very dissappointing, even though I paid for deluxe bunch. Not as vibrant as picture and certainly no more flowers than picture which was standard bunch.
