Living in Australia, I ordered online and then cancelled within 5-10 minutes.
They give you 40 minted to cancel.
The order went through and I was charged.
They said their customer support works from 8am till 10pm, my order came through at 1.48am.Their excuse is that the production department works different hours.
I've asked for a refund, which they refuse.
