Order dealt with
Received email to say flowers delivered had no thankyou from recipients which would no be like them obviously we cannot ask them if received flowers
I emailed customer support the day before delivery due as I was confused as to whether the message I had written would be enclosed
Still waiting for reply today 5/8/2017
Feel wasted £54 as the result was not achieved
Would never use them again
