The flowers, balloon and chocolates ordered were delivered in a perfect condition and exactly on time. The on-line order system was clear and simple to use. Regular updates were received as to the stages of order and delivery. I even received a 10% voucher to use against future purchases........ a wonderful service, many thanks it was much appreciated.
