I was more than delighted with serenata flowers service. I particularly liked their vibrant, quirky email updates, they made my custom feel valued and made me smile. I actually phoned a local florist near my sister in law but they were much more expensive and wanted to charge me £6 to deliver literally down the road. I will definitely use serenata again.
