Positives: I understand the flowers were beautiful so very happy about that. I think they are reasonably priced and the website is good and easy to use.
Negatives: They didn't arrive on the specified day (a birthday) as the recipient was out. I had left an instruction to leave them in the porch so this was really disappointing. Very frustrating then not to be able to call and speak to someone at Serenata. Sometimes you do need a phone number to call.
