Failed to deliver on the first attempt due to the recipient not being in.
They tried again the next day and made delivery.
Not too shabby for a free delivery service, two deliveries.
Recipient seemed well impressed with the flowers so win win.
Although I do not live in Derby or the surrounding area and Serenata was just stab in the dark, seems I picked a good one and shall know who to call next time and it won't be ghost busters.
