Have to be honest that I was disappointed with the flowers as they didn't even last a week. However, the complaints process was very straightforward and I was very happy with the swiftness of their response. Brand new bouquet sent out day after my complaint, free of charge. Seemed much better quality. Disappointing, but at least excellent customer services and very good communication.
