I have just heard today from a friend ,that the flowers sent on Saturday 6th August were not in perfect condition. She was in the recipients home just after their arrival and saw damaged blooms, .The recipient didn't make any comment,but i suspect she was too embarrassed to complain. Sorry Serenata I wont be using you again.
