The gifts I ordered were for my mothers birthday, I ordered a card, balloon, cake and bouquet as I'm abroad and unable to celebrate with her. They weren't delivered on the day as courier couldn't find address, which was the right address. Therefore the gifts were delivered two days after the fact, hence the token lost all meaning and value.
I was not offered any recompense, refund or a single stem for the delay in delivery or emotional damage done, seeing as my mother thought I'd forgotten her birthday.
