I had to contact customer service, due to something I needed including with the order. They got back to me quickly and dealt with the problem straight away. I was notified that the flowers had been delivered to my sister in law in Scotland, she was delighted with them and they looked beautiful on the photograph that she sent me. I would recommend Serenta Flowers anytime.
