I found the order system inflexible and it was extremely frustrating that no communication was possible. The system did not recognise the (correct) address I entered and I had to choose one of the alternatives offered which I knew was wrong. I assumed it would be possible to advise the correct address somewhere in the process but it wasn't, and I had an anxious time wondering what was going to happen to the flower delivery. In the event flowers were delivered to the wrong address and the recipient had to collect them which rather spoilt the effect. I would not use this service again.
