I ordered these flowers whilst away they were for a friend who was recently lost her husband on a significant anniversary. I therefor did not see the flowers, however rather than be delivered in bud as promised the flowers were past there best when delivered and discarded after a couple of days. When I went to the customer services page to complain it informs me that in order to get any redress I must provide photographic evidence. This is clearly ridiculous given the service this company is providing:
1.People generally buy flowers for others.
2.The gift is to be delivered remotely
3. People will not usually complain about another's gift
4.As in this case the recipient will usually have higher priorities
I Emailed the company ( I had not kept the order no but they still had my delivery address and email address quoted) and have given them ample time to respond before posting a review.
So my conclusion is that they don't value their customers or their level of service best give them a miss
