Started off very well. Received confirmation of order and email on the day of delivery to say the flowers were with courier, however, the flowers never arrived and ruined a birthday surprise for my Father's birthday. Although they offered to redeliver another bouquet, this was 2 days after the event so I turned this down and asked for a refund. They have agreed to this but advised it can take up to 4 days.
Disappointment does not cover it.
