Even 1 star is too much.
they failed to deliver on the day. because it was then bank holiday weekend and shop probably closed, it must have remained boxed up in the back of the van till Tuesday 4 days late then delivered with driver saying he couldnt find address.
flowers obvioulsy not of high qualiey by then. they still havent refunded my money despite numerous emails to them.
I will never order from them. esp on a friday as you might not see them till monday. v disappointed at customer service
