Bouquet I ordered wasn't available, so they sent a totally different bouquet without informing me. I ordered white abs received a very colourful bunch. Unfortunately it got worse by the very poor customer service experience. Totally avoided my question as to why such a different bouquet arrived. Each time they avoided answering the question. There seems to be a recurring pattern with serenata customer service. This seems like a great idea and if it wasn't for your customer service department I would have placed quite a few orders in the future. Such a shame you don't put the customer first.
