The actual service and delivery was as you advertise, but I am afraid the ' pink blooms basket' display was appalling. My son sent me a photo which I think he sent you also and it looked like they had been tipped out and then just thrown back in again. He contacted you and was promptly sent a replacement but this one was not much better.
When your son and partner have their first child and you happen to live on the other side of world you want something special. Sorry to say this was not.
