The level and mood of correspondence was sublime - my girlfriend was overwhelmed by all aspects of the gift, including the delivery driver + the the fact that this was the first time I'd ever ordered her flowers!!! - having said that Yvonne was also very taken with the wording - great little touches that added to how personal the whole experience was.
