Easy to order, and select options. Quality of the ballon and teddy bear were great value. However the flowers themselves were a bit dissapointing. Mould was present on one of the stems and 2 stems were wilted. About half the flowers went on the compost heap. The cheap supermarket flowers my sister bought for the occasion were much better looking, and a lot cheaper.
