Flowers arrived on time, minimal presentation in a box no ribbon or fuss. Following day roses wilted and lilies still unopened. Complained and told to send photos- could not view photos from IPad, very strange. After 1 day to-ing and fro- ing company agreed to replace flowers.
Lillies beautiful, now in full glory.
Replacement arrived on time but roses not pristine, seen better in a mini- market.
