Fabulously easy to see all the flowers to order with a smooth purchase and great comms. the recipient was so happy. There is a but - I saw the basket a two days later and it was not like the picture. The flowers were much smaller and not so tall. The small roses were withering as they didn't seem able to take water from the oasis so this rather spoilt the display.
It was my first order, this has not put me off using Seranta again but I am disappointed and would perhaps stick with a bunch for a vase not a basket.
