I order flowers for my sister as she had a serious operation and I could not be with her and a week later she is still waiting for the flowers.
I contacted the customer services day 2 and was told that the courier was at fault as was delivered to wrong depot and still the flowering day when I again contacted again to be told they would be delivered the following day now it was day 4 still not delivered contacted again to be told would be deleivered Tomorrow we'll still not deleivered.
Then sister went home from hospital and again contacted to say the flowers were not delivered and i asked to change address . To be told oh we can't do that but seems that the problems i experienced they would send to her house. Now that was fri and today is tues and still no flowers .
I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AS I WANTED TO SHOW MY SISTER I WAS THINKING OF HER BY SENDING FLOWERS SO CROSS AND LET DOWN
