The order for my 30th weeding anniversary was placed for 24hr delivery to my wifes workplace as a surprise and notified that the order was enroute at 09:30 in the morning. GOOD Then received notification at 2100 that they had not been delivered and was given an option to cancel or be redelivered. Order eventually reached my wife a day late completely missing the important day in question. This was further compounded because roses were of poor quality with shrivelled and bruised petals on many and clearly dehydrated after 2 days stuck in a cardboard box with no water. Tried to contact Serenta but no telephone number and the web site always led to "cancel order or re deliver". Could not complain about failed delivery and poor quality because drop down taps only give one option and gave in. I will never use this Company again. I will be amazed if they post this or respond positively. :-(
