2 and a half hours after I placed the order I was sent an email informing me they weren't able to fulfill the order. This was disappointing as I needed the flowers delivered that day.
On the plus side, they offered to upgrade the order and fulfill it the next day, or provide a refund.
I opted for the refund which was dealt with reasonably quickly
