I thought I was dealing with a local florist to where the flowers were to be delivered as it showed up on the map of the town. It failed to deliver on the day requested and confirmed by Serenata, failed to advise me of this and four days later I still await an explanation. It is an impossible company to deal with - you cannot speak to anyone only message via two very slow links - Only then did I realise that Serenata Flowers is an internet company and not a florist in the town I looked up. On checking on the internet it says it is based in Bristol but the telephone number does not exist. I repeatedly asked for its telephone number to speak to the Managing Director and this was ignored. as not only did it fail to honour the delivery date as agreed, it would it not make amends for its error by delivering immediately . In fact could not deliver for a further two days ???? why???? no reason given. Any other company would pull out the stops to rectify the mistake and appease the customer. Not Serenata Flowers - this apparently was beyond their control to do. Appalling customer service. I subsequently learned that the company is based in Malta. I spent an entire day messaging to and fro to try and get the order sorted and in the end cancelled - but it refused to cancel - the flowers were intended to be received prior to a very important and traumatic medical consultation to cheer up but in fact was not sent until several days after. This company does not know the meaning of good customer relations. And I still wait to hear why the delivery did not take place when it should have done. Never never again ...........
