Flowers not delivered as ordered on 22/09/2017, for delivery on 23/09/2017. I have been refused a refund because they say the courier couldn't find the address, although the name of person, name of street, postal town and postal code were provided. I have been refused a refund, so have given them full address ( which is the recipients work address) and "without prejudice" agreed so long as they are delivered tomorrow 25/09/2017 between 8.00am and 5.00pm, the matter is closed. If not I will proceed to use my bank's resolution scheme to claim a refund. This is covered by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If paid for by Credit Card, use the Consumer Credit Act 1975. Jim A Welfare Rights Lawyer
