Some "thank you " flowers ordered to be sent to Customer Services Manager of Betterlife, part of the Lloyds Pharmacy Group based in Chorley Lancs, for 2 adjustable beds. Ordered 22 September 2017 from Florist claiming to be in Chorley. The flowers should have been delivered yesterday. However, it's now nearly 7.30pm, on the 24 September and flowers still not delivered, although name and work address provided. A refund has been refused, and the company have breached their contract. Final opportunity to deliver to them tomorrow 25 September. If no delivery by then, my bank will refund the money I paid to Serenta and claim the money I paid back from them.
