i ordered some flowers on the friday but realised i had the date of delivery wrong so tried to get in touch and amend the date. But this was impossible as i had used guest checkout and your customer service centre was e-mail only. Hence when they returned my mail on the monday ( for a tuesday delivery) it was too late to do anything. So flowers were delivered to a house where they left for honeymoon the next day. I'll never use the service again and will stay local where i can talk to someone.
