Flowers turned on time but not as expected .
On your website you sell flowers arranged in a presentable way.
You pay a florist for the flowers to be presented at the door in a bouquet - not a cardboard box !!
The flowers were unfortunately boxed and they required arranging , along with the fact some of the roses had started to go brown.
Wont be using you again !
