ordered pre ten 10.30 ,flowers delivered to wrong address. contacted Serenata told they would contact me when they knew more. I contacted DPD arranged to have the flowers picked up and redelivered later that day. the following day contact serenata ask why no news from them,why did they not arrange redelivery and why have I not been refunded for at least the delivery charge.
Told they were waiting for an email reply from DPD which could take up to 48 hours. I asked why they didn't use the phone Like I did and was told they were an e commerce company and did not use the phone to sort out problems . In my opinion a very poor excuse as it was a blemish on my wife's Birthday but they did not seem too concerned about that. The flowers when opened had several heads that were broken. To me the bunch look quite a sorry state although that could be because my view was spoilt with the disappointment of the whole affair. Also no sorry you had to sort this out yourself even though I managed to save them time and the trouble. Plus saved them money arranging a replacement bunch however that would have taken several days for that which in no way makes up for the poor service ,lack lusture efforts in trying to remedy the situation or the poor state of the flowers. My Wife won't be forty again not sure why I should give serenata another chance. thankfully the flowers were only part of many things arranged for my wife ,I am glad I did not put more money into this part of her special day. three days later still waiting to hear what they think Have escalated the issue but I think their priorities lie else where.
