Flowers were not delivered on the date required. Email to say Money credited back to my account.
Very happy to say the flowers were delivered the next day as a good will gesture from the company for the none delivery the previous day.
I will certainly use them again, not many company's are as generous. Keep up keeping customers happy ........thank you
