The flowers were not delivered in the time period specifically requested - even though we received an automated message advising that they would be delivered as requested.
No-one contacted us to advise that there had been a problem in delivery - although why the driver could not find an Old People's Home that is well known in the area, I cannot imagine. Although we then asked that the flowers be delivered TWO days later, they were delivered the following day - in other words a day earlier than we then wanted. And from the reports and photos that we received the flowers were limp and in no way resembled the arrangement that we had ordered.
When one is ordering flowers long distance (from Israel) for your Mother's 103rd birthday, the offer of a 15% refund does not make up for the complete failure in every aspect.
And the company policy of having no Customer Service telephone connection, only by e-mail, only served to exacerbate the situation.
I can confidently say that I would not recommend Serenata, and will not be using them again.
