Delivery was late, the flowers were left on the doorstep some time after 8pm with no doorbell rung. Consequently they were not found until the next morning. The flowers were a birthday present so it was disappointing that they did not arrive at a reasonable time on the actual birthday and that the recipient knew nothing about the delivery.
