Despite giving 24hours notice, Serenata flowers were unable to change the delivery address. They claimed that is was because the order was in process and drivers must deliver to the states address. Why they simply couldn’t change the address in their system is beyond me.
Multiple e-mails back and forth, with no solutions offered. Flowers delivered and left outside an unoccupied building, where anyone could take them. Certainly not good customer service.
