Ordered flowers on Thursday specifically as they would be delivered next day, left the instruction to leave on the doorstep, an option provided as I was not sure if the person would be home. It needed to be that day, they were not going to be at home due to a situation but I organised someone to collect from the doorstep. No flowers on doorstep. DPD say flowers are delivered. Try to contact Serenata, no phone number, all done by email. I am in Malaysia, a time difference etc, no time to play email tennis, but no other choice. The response to the above is a disgrace. 'In our terms and conditions we state we cannot guarantee delivery options' - Seriously? The door is tucked away at the side of the house. They tell be that they have to wait until the driver is interviewed, this takes 24-48 hours. I am now over 48 hours later and nothing. Absolutely disgraceful. An occasion missed, down to poor service. I would have called the driver myself that day if I had let someone down. So I cannot comment on the actual flowers. As far as I can see from DPD they were delivered to no.8, a person called Matheson. No one was at the house. I am speaking to someone about my options to claim my money back. AVOID AVOID
