The flowers, I am told, were very nice. I will never deal with them again as there is no telephone contact. I will admit that my email was answered quickly even though it was late evening, it was imperative that I contacted them for reasons that I will not go into. I find the normal 'run of the mill' emails to be OTT and not very business like. The Company need to rethink their marketing methods and act more professional.
