Ordering process was not very straight forward and I ended up ordering two bouquets but managed to cancel one. It was my mistake but very frustrating that you can't call anyone.
My only real complaint is the flowers were just left on the door step and the driver didn't knock the door first.
First time using them and not sure if I would use again.
