The Flowers arrived and the roses were wilting completely.
I was told they always arrive like this to protect them and the recipient is supposed to peel off all the outer petals.
I was told once this was done they would last at least a week.
2 days later they are dead.
after arguing for 2 days I have given up but will never use Seranata again
