I was happy the flowers got delivered to the person I wished for it to be delivered to
Was slightly disappointed that her name didn't appear on the address (especially as I was unsure if I had given the correct flat number)
Also I was concerned that the delivery left item on the ground floor corridor without leaving it in front of her door at the least or making sure she collected these) I remember when placing delivery option, I indicated 'being patient' as part of delivery option
