The flowers looked just like the illustration. The card & message were correct.
Things I was not so happy about:-
Some of the flowers (the roses) only lasted 4 days. The delivery was only just before 10:30 am, considering how much extra I paid & there was no particular reason I could see why they couldn't have been earlier. The on-line advert gave the impression you were a florist local to Padstow, who might have been quicker on a Monday morning. Your on-line adverts afterwards are very annoying.
